Diane M. Butler (dl), Seattle, WA
Diane M. Butler is a shareholder in the Seattle office of Lane Powell PC and chairs the firm's immigration department. She is a native of Wyoming and received her law degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 1992. Ms. Butler is rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell, which identifies a lawyer with very high to preeminent legal ability, recommended by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, Immigration (2008), and was named as a “Top Business Immigration Lawyer” in Seattle Business Monthly (2008), as well as a “Top Lawyer” by her peers in the 2005 Seattle Magazine poll results. Ms. Butler has chaired AILA's National CBP committee and Admissions and Border Enforcement Committee and serves on the AILA Freedom of Information Act committee.

Edward Rios, El Paso, TX

Edward Rios is a partner in the Immigration and International Trade Law Department of Brown McCarroll, L.L.P. focusing on business immigration and complex consular processing matters. He attended Harvard University and Boston University School of Law. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America regarding immigration and nationality law and is an active member of the AILA for which he currently serves as a treasurer of the TX, OK, NM Chapter and in his fourth term as the DHS liaison for El Paso. Previously, he has served on the AILA National CBP liaison committee, the admissions and border enforcement committee, and the health care professionals committee. Mr. Rios is also a member of the AILA Military Assistance Program (MAP) providing pro bono legal representation for active duty military personnel and their families and is a contributing editor on AILA and Lexis Nexis publications.

Roberto D. Caballero, Houston, TX
Roberto D. Caballero is an attorney in the Houston office of Foster Quan, LLP. He devotes his practice to corporate and business immigration matters relating to temporary work visas, employment-based immigration, naturalization and consular processing. He is the current vice-chair of the AILA Texas chapter and previously held the positions of secretary and treasurer. He served two terms as chair of AILA’s gay and lesbian interest group and LGBT immigration issues working group, was a member of AILA’s investor (EB-5) committee, and AILA’s strategic planning committee. Mr. Caballero served on last year’s annual conference program committee and is the current chair, Fundamentals & Special Sessions, for the 2010 Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.
