Registration

Registration for the 2010 AILA Annual Conference is now open. Secure online registration is available with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. You can also download and complete the registration form and fax or mail in the completed form with payment information to the AILA National Office.

The following registration rates apply for Super-Planner, received by March 27, 2010, and the Early-bird deadline of May 28, 2010:

AILA Member's Paralegal: $795
AILA Nonprofit Members: $645
AILA Law Student Members: $545

Nonmembers:
Nonmember Attorneys: $1045

Full Registration for the 2010 Conference includes admission to all CLE sessions; the conference materials on a flash drive (AILA's Immigration Practice Resource Guide and Navigating the Fundamentals of Immigration Law, 2010-11 editions. Print copies available for purchase at the Publications booth); continental breakfast Thursday - Saturday in the exhibit hall (while supplies last); Conference Opening on Wednesday evening; Thursday Presidents Reception; Saturday Awards Ceremony, Saturday Night Event; admission to the Exhibit Hall; Refreshment Breaks (while supplies last); and the Conference Program booklet.

AILA is pleased to introduce the Super-Planner Package this year! Register by March 27, 2010 and receive these great benefits!


Discounts for Multiple Registrants from the Same Firm

Bring 3 or more and save! When you bring a group of three or more attorneys/paralegals from your firm (physical address of firm must be the same), you save $100 off the registration fee for the third registrant, and any additional registrants. Please note that the first two registrants are required to pay the full registration fee and do not receive any additional discount. Registrations must be received at the same time to qualify for the discount. Online registration is not available for the "3 or more" discount, you must fax or mail in the registration forms.


Spouse/Guest Registration

This registration fee includes admission to the Conference Opening on Wednesday, Presidents Reception on Thursday, the AILA Saturday Night Event and the Exhibit Hall. Fees do not include attending the CLE sessions. Please note that children under 12 years of age are not permitted in CLE sessions at any time.


Special Notice

All registrations and reservations are subject to acceptance. Registrations and reservations received without payment will be returned. Registrations are NOT transferable and cannot be split among conference attendees. Any and all liability of AILA with respect to registration, reservations, cancellations, changes in the location or the content of the program, and refunds is limited to a sum no greater than the registration fee paid. Under no circumstances shall AILA be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, the cost of transportation or lodging. Submission of registration and payment constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.


Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received by May 28, 2010, entitle registrants to a full refund. Cancellations received between May 28, 2010 and June 14, 2010, are subject to an administrative charge of $100. No cancellation requests will be accepted after June 14, 2010, but the conference materials will be mailed to the registrant after the conference. All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Registrants will receive a full refund with no administrative charge if you are laid off prior to the conference.
