On 11/20/14 President Obama announced a number of executive actions he was directing the agencies to take on immigration. (AILA Doc. No. 14112102.) Later that day the Departments of Homeland Security and Labor issued a number of memoranda outlining the policies they would be enacting over the coming months (see below). The following day, in an address in Las Vegas, Nevada, the President outlined his plans further and issued two Presidential Memoranda. (AILA Doc. No. 14112447.)
