OMB Publishes Notice of Final Decisions for 2010 Update to Occupational Classifications (1/27/2009)
OMB published a notice regarding it's final decisions on the 2010 Standard Occupational Classification manual. Publication is expected in late 2009. Thereafter, a complete crosswalk between the 2000 and the 2010 SOC will be available online. Appendices B and C provide preliminary crosswalks between the 2000 and 2010 SOCs. (74 FR 3919, 1/21/09). FDIC Interim Final Rule on Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program (11/10/2008)
The FDIC published an interim final rule creating the Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program (TLGP) to provide full coverage of non-interest bearing deposit transaction accounts. DOT Issues Clarification on U.S. Citizenship Requirement for NDRF Agents (8/22/2008)
