On 2/20/08 USCIS announced that a “Civics & Citizenship Toolkit” containing educational materials is being offered to Community-Based Organizations. CBOs can order one free toolkit on a first come first served basis. It includes educational materials from the USCIS Office of Citizenship, as well as “A Promise of Freedom,” a new video on the rights and responsibilities of being a citizen.
