USCIS Releases Checklists to Aid in the Completion of Petitions for Religious Workers

USCIS recently released two checklists, M-736, Checklist for Religious Workers for Form I-129 and M-737, Checklist for Ministers and Religious Workers for Form I-360 to aid in the completion of religious worker petitions. The checklists should not be submitted with the application.
