USIA Final Rule on Foreign Medical Grads

Section 220 of the Technical Corrections Act of 1994 amended Section 212(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and added a new subsection (k) to section 214 of that Act regarding waiver of the two-year foreign residence requirement as it applies to foreign medical graduates.
