- USCIS Establishes New EB-5 Program Office
USCIS Director Alejandro Mayorkas, noting that the EB-5 Immigrant Investor program has promoted the creation of jobs and injected billions of dollars into the economy, recently announced that USCIS will be creating a new office to oversee its administration of the program.
