- USCIS Establishes New EB-5 Program Office
USCIS Director Alejandro Mayorkas, noting that the EB-5 Immigrant Investor program has promoted the creation of jobs and injected billions of dollars into the economy, recently announced that USCIS will be creating a new office to oversee its administration of the program.

- USCIS Policy Memo on Chinese & Guatemalan Adoption
This 7/9/12 policy memo updates USCIS policy with respect to certain "grandfathered" adoption cases from China or Guatemala for cases already pending when the Hague Adoption Convention went into effect on April 1, 2008. Comments are due by 7/31/12.
