  • NBC: Procedure for Reopening/Reconsideration Still Under Review (11/19/2007)
    NBC was considering a process whereby a request to reopen or reconsider a decision could only be submitted through the Chicago Lockbox as a formal motion on Form I-290B with filing fee (or fee waiver request).
