NBC: Procedure for Reopening/Reconsideration Still Under Review

NBC was considering a process whereby a request to reopen or reconsider a decision could only be submitted through the Chicago Lockbox as a formal motion on Form I-290B with filing fee (or fee waiver request). Please be advised that the NBC has decided to review the process and therefore, will not be changing its motion procedures on December 1. AILA Doc. No. 07111965.
