  • VSC Employment Based Cases Transferred to Districts Being Returned to VSC (11/28/2005)
    The Vermont Service Center has informed AILA liaison that 10,000 employment based cases transferred to the NY District Office have been transferred back to the VSC to assess whether interviews can be waived. It is believed that a significant number of these cases will be adjudicated at the VSC but others may be re-sent back to the District.
