  • NVC Privacy Letter Update (7/15/2008)
    Recently, members report receiving letters from the NVC asking for additional information prior to the NVC sending correspondence on simple matters like IV fee bills. AILA – DOS Liaison has confirmed with the NVC that privacy letters are not supposed to be sent to an attorney with a G-28 on file.
