  • State Department Publishes Final Passport Card Rule (12/31/2007)
    On December 31, 2007, DOS published this final rule implementing parts of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004. The rule addresses the new passport card for travel between the U.S., Mexico, Canada and Caribbean and Bermuda and also includes a schedule of fees for the new card. (72 FR 74169, 12/31/07).
