Safety Window on Conversions to RIR

DOL shortly will be announcing a means by which employers can convert traditional labor certification applications to reduction in recruitment without concern that the recruiting instructions will arrive, and thus negate the RIR, before the conversion request is submitted. Reinstatement of Erroneously Withdrawn BEC Cases: What To Do with the ETA 750
