How
to Read the CSC JIT Report
-
"Case
date" is comprised of the fiscal year (first two digits) and
the number of the "work day" of the fiscal year (next
three digits). "Work
day" excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays unless overtime is
worked on those days.
-
"Data
entry" means the receipt date of the last case taken from the
shelf and assigned to an officer as of the date of the JIT Report.
It is essentially a translation of the "case date"
into a calendar date. It
does not mean that the case is adjudicated on that date.
Therefore, to make an inquiry, you must wait 30 days from
that date.
