The following is a April 7, 1994 memorandum from Barbara Ann Farmer, Administrator, Office of Regional Management (DOL) on the need to state all intended locations of employment on initial LCA's, and of the need to file a new LCA in the event that the service of the employee are needed at a new site. The memorandum was prompted by an inquiry from the Department of State.
