Program Name: AILA Legal Assistance Program ("LAP")

Description: This group screens cases that are referred by the Executive Office for Immigration Review-Immigration Judges. A LAP committee member will meet with the client and screen the case. If accepted, the LAP seeks to assign the case to a qualified AILA attorney on a pro bono basis.
