Board Member Paul W. Schmidt will begin service as an Immigration Judge in the Arlington, Virginia, Immigration Court on April 28. Board Members Gustavo D. Villageliu and Cecelia M. Espenoza will join the EOIR General Counsel’s Office as Senior Associate General Counsels beginning in May. Board Member Noel A. Brennan will become an Immigration Judge in the New York City Immigration Court and Board Member John W. Guendelsberger will become Senior Counsel to the BIA Chairman.
