  • GOES Web Site Now Available in Spanish (12/14/2009)
    On 12/3/09, CBP announced that the Global Online Enrollment System (GOES) Web site has been enhanced to facilitate the Trusted Traveler Program application process for Spanish-speaking travelers.   • CBP Launches H-2A/B Temporary Worker Exit Pilot Program in Arizona(252 KB - 12/11/2009)
    On 12/8/09, CBP launched an exit pilot program for H-2A/B temporary workers at San Luis and Douglas land ports of entry in Arizona, which is expected to last approximately one year.   • Transition to U.S. Immigration Law Begins in the CNMI(48 KB - 11/30/2009)
    On 11/28/09, the immigration laws of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) were replaced by the INA and other U.S. immigration laws.     CBP will begin working with air carriers that provide service to Guam and the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands to update their visa waiver agreements.
