Virginia AG Finds State Law Enforcement May Inquire Into Immigration Status

NC Community College System Memo on Change in Policy on Undocumented Students

A 5/13/08 memo from the General Counsel for the North Carolina Community College System advises that the policy of admitting undocumented students has been superseded.
