Employers can post jobs online, and while they have an active job listing they can search for qualified candidates' resumes based on specific job criteria, and create an online resume agent to email qualified candidates daily. They also benefit from online reporting that provides job activity statistics.
For job seekers, AILA Career Center is a free service that provides access to employers and jobs in the field of immigration law. In addition to posting their resumes, job seekers can browse and view available jobs based on their criteria and save those jobs for later review if they choose. Job seekers can also create a search agent to provide email notifications of jobs that match their criteria.
Please note: to log on to the AILA Career Center for listing employment opportunities or for resume posting, you will need to set up an account, which you can then sign in to each time you visit the site. This is separate from your AILA login for InfoNet.
The AILA Career Center is powered by Boxwood Technology, the leading provider of career center services for the association industry, and the only such provider endorsed by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
