Testimony from the 4/3 Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on issues of judicial and administrative review in immigration proceedings. Provisions to restructure the review process were initially included in the Chairman's Mark, but were withdrawn by Chairman Specter due to vocal opposition. Specter called this hearing to further examine the topic.
