    The California Service Center has advised AILA CSC Liaison Chair Lisa Duran that the Nebraska and Texas Service Centers are sending immediate relative I-130s to CSC for adjudication. Thus, petitions filed at TSC or NSC may receive a receipt notice from CSC.

  • Important Notice on CSC I-140/I-485 Pilot Project (5/14/2004)
    AILA's California Service Center (CSC) Liaison Committee advises that I-140 cases filed prior to the commencement of the pilot project should not be withdrawn and re-filed, as such re-filings will not be handled within the pilot project and will be given new priority/filing dates.
