Chicago Appleseed Fund for Justice and the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago have released a joint study entitled, “Videoconferencing in Removal Proceedings: A Case Study of the Chicago Immigration Court.” The report contains recommendations and calls for a moratorium on the use of videoconferencing until improvements are made.
