  • LSC Appends Regulations to List Acceptable Documents for Non-U.S. Citizen Eligibility for Services (9/26/2003)

  • Treasury Department Seeks Comments to Final Regulations on Foreign Government-Issued Identification (7/10/2003)

  • FAA Final Rule On Ineligibility for Airman Certificates on Security Grounds (1/24/2003)

  • TSA Publishes Notice to Renew Registered Traveler Pilot Program (9/24/2004)

  • Treasury Implements Law Concerning Firearms and Nonimmigrants (2/20/2002)
    The Treasury Department has implemented PL 105-277 prohibiting the transfer to and possession of firearms and ammunition by nonimmigrant aliens in the U.S. In addition, nonimmigrants bringing such items into the U.S. for hunting or sporting purposes must obtain an import permit.
