China-Mainland Born and India EB-2 FY2012 Annual Limit Reached
DOS confirmed that USCIS was notified on 4/1/12, that the annual limit in the EB-2 category for China-mainland born and India applicants was reached. USCIS will continue to accept adjustment applications based upon cut-off dates from the April and May Visa Bulletins. AILA Doc. No. 12042360.
