DOS/INS Temporarily Withdraw Regulation Requiring Visas for Canadian Landed Immigrants

The long-threatened State Dept./INS regulation revoking the nonimmigrant visa waiver for Canadian landed immigrants was temporarily withdrawn from the Federal Register, so that the agencies could respond to OMB comments. It had been due to be published 11/1/02.
