Senate Approves Border Security and Visa Reforms

The U.S. Senate, on April 18, approved by a 97-0 vote a bipartisan security bill (H.R. 3525) that tightens visa screening, border inspections, and tracking of foreigners. The House, which has strongly supported this measure, is expected to take it up for a vote in the very near future.
