The U.S. consulate in Cd. Juarez has advised AILA that it is temporarily deactivating the e-mail query option for the IV section while it is working on its backlog. Instead, they are using the 1-900 number call center as a triage. AILA Doc. NO. 07113060.

The DOS recently issued a cable requiring consular officers to refer NIV applicants with prior drunk driving issues to panel physicians for medical exams in certain circumstances. Consular officers
must
