Where can I find the Message Center?

A link for the Message Center can be found in the left-hand navigation under "Practice & Professionalism." In addition, members will see a link under "Favorites" on the right hand side of the homepage.

When I go to the Message Center I get a Restricted Access page, but I'm a member!

This message means that you are trying to access member content and do not have permission to do so. If you are an AILA member, this means that you are not logged in. Please return to www.aila.org and login using the boxes in the upper right hand corner of the homepage.

If you are already logged in, but still see this message, the most likely problem is that your login cookie has become corrupted. To reset it, go to www.aila.org and click "Log Out." Once you have been logged out, please log back in again. If you are unable to logout, or still see the Restricted Access page after logging in, you will need to manually delete the AILA cookie from your browsers. Instructions for the most common browsers can be found at: http://www.aila.org/login-assistance
