    In 67 FR 59779, 9/24/02, the Labor Department withdrew a long-deferred regulation that would have allowed DOL to adjudicate agricultural worker H-2A petitions. The DOL has now issued a correction to the withdrawal notice, rectifying an incorrect date in the original.
