Go to www.aila.org. Login boxes are located on the right-hand side column under InfoNet Login. Fill in the login boxes and click Sign In. Once you are logged in, you will not be logged out unless you log off or your computer crashes.
User ID: AILA Member Number for AILA Members (including Student Members); e-mail address for non-AILA members.
Password: Password you chose. If you are a new AILA member, use your first name with the first letter capitalized (e.g. Bill). If you are a government official, use the password e-mailed to you. You will then be asked to change your password the first time you login to InfoNet. The only restriction when choosing a new password is that AILA members cannot use their first name and government officials cannot use what was e-mailed to them when they first registered for InfoNet.
Tips
- InfoNet passwords are case sensitive.
- Use the Forgot Password feature to confirm and be e-mailed your User ID and Password.
Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link below the login boxes. On the Forgot Password page, enter your email address in the box and click the "Send" button. Your password will be e-mailed automatically to you. This feature will only work if the e-mail address you typed in matches the e-mail address we have on file for you. If you have changed your email address, please e-mail membership@aila.org or go to "My Profile" to update.
Note: This system is automated, and thus AILA does not know your new password; please do not call/e-mail us for your password.
Logging Off
You will only be logged off of InfoNet if you click on the Log Off link (located on every page), your computer crashes or new software is installed or updated on your computer. AILA may, from time to time, log you off and ask that you re-login for security or system maintenance reasons, but this will be rare. You may want to log off if you do not want someone else accessing InfoNet while you are not at your computer or if you are using a shared or public computer.
Change Your Password
If you feel that someone is using your login information to access InfoNet without your authorization, you can change your password online. You need to be logged in to InfoNet. On any page, click on the "Change Password" link in the right-hand column; another page will open up. Type in your new password and then re-type it to confirm your password. Click on Change Password. The only restriction when changing a password is that AILA members cannot use their first name and government officials cannot use what was e-mailed to them when they first registered for InfoNet.
