Good afternoon!

The Nebraska Service Center (NSC) will hold the next monthly stakeholder teleconference on Thursday, July 13 at 10:00 a.m. (Central). The next topic in the rotation to be covered is Asylee/Refugee issues. Due to the current Executive Orders and ongoing litigation, that topic will not be addressed.

Therefore, since we experienced technical difficulties on June 8, we will reschedule that call for July 13. So the teleconference will be reserved for issues relating to Business. Business includes the following topics:

  • Premium Processing
  • I-140
  • I-129 extensions
  • I-539
  • I-360
  • I-485 EB
  • I-765 riding with EB I-485
  • I-131 riding with EB I-485
  • I-824 as appropriate
  • Waivers as appropriate

We will cover the previously submitted questions (attached). If you have additional questions, the deadline for submission of Business-related questions is Friday, June 23, 2017. Questions should be sent directly to this mailbox, ces.nsc2@uscis.dhs.gov.

Please note that this call is part of a series of informal monthly stakeholder calls held by NSC to discuss products worked by this center. This is not a venue for case specific inquiries, questions relating to overall USCIS policy, or questions regarding forms or processes of offices other than NSC. No RSVP is necessary; call-in information will be provided the week of July 10.
