Text of the DHS Appropriations Act of 2006 (H.R. 2360; PL 109-90). The $31.9 billion spending bill boosts funding for border security, including 1000 new Border Patrol Agents. The $30.8 billion in discretionary spending in the bill represents an increase of nearly 5 percent over FY2005.
