USCIS Alert on Change to NCSC Call Routing Procedures

USCIS alert on its call routing procedures for the National Customer Service Center (NCSC). Starting 8/16/13, NCSC representatives will assess the nature of the call from attorneys and BIA-accredited representatives and either accept a service request or transfer the call for more in-depth review.
