CLE Credit

AILA has filed for CLE and specialized credit in all jurisdictions with mandatory CLE and specialized requirements. To receive CLE credit, attorneys must record sessions attended and the CLE code provided via webCLE (located on
AILA's CLE Center). Eligible participants can receive up to 8.8 CLE credit hours—including 1.2 ethics, 1.2 law practice management, and 0.6 mental illness.
AILA is not an accrediting body or regulatory agency, but a provider of continuing legal education to the immigration law community. The AILA CLE Center strives to provide current information about the rules, requirements, and approvals in your jurisdiction. However, for the most up-to-date information, please contact your state's regulatory agency.
