AILA is a CLE Provider

AILA is not an accrediting body or regulatory agency, but a provider of continuing legal education to the immigration law community. CLE accreditation is given on a state-by-state basis as there is no nationwide accreditation and accreditation criteria can vary widely from state to state. The AILA CLE Center strives to provide current information about the rules, requirements, and approvals in your jurisdiction. However, for the most up-to-date information, please contact your state's regulatory agency.
