AAO Processing Time Report (10/11/19)

The AAO provided an updated processing time chart, with information on the timeliness of FY2019 completions (July–September 2019). The AAO notes that it has experienced an unexpected surge of appeal filings in 2019, resulting in a number of processing delays outside of the 180 day completion goal.
