Senators Send Letter to USCIS Regarding Recent Changes to Adjudication Procedures

Sen. Gillibrand (D-NY) alongside 11 senators, sent a letter to USCIS on recent changes to adjudication procedures, including the rejection of asylum, U visa, and other applications for failure to complete irrelevant or immaterial fields. The senators asked for immediate review of these policies.
