AILA Comments on USCIS Proposed Changes to Form I-192
AILA comments in response to USCIS's proposed changes to Form I-192, Application for Advance Permission to Enter as Nonimmigrant, initially published in the Federal Register on December, 18, 2014.
AILA's comments were originally submitted to USCIS on May 21, 2015. On August 14, 2015, AILA submitted supplemental comments in response to a request from USCIS which also included the May 21, 2015, comments.
