AILA Provides Feedback to USCIS on Form I-924A, Annual Certification of Regional Center

AILA’s EB-5 Committee provided feedback to USCIS on Form I-924A, Annual Certification of Regional Center, and its instructions. While the form is not currently open for comment under the Paperwork Reduction Act, the AILA EB-5 Committee hopes that USCIS will take these suggested revisions into consideration and consider revising the Form I-924A at the earliest possible opportunity.
