NASHVILLE, TN - The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) will award Representative Judy Chu (D, CA) with the 2012 Congressional Leadership Award, which is given annually to members of Congress who most advanced the cause of immigration and immigrants during the previous year. Chu also serves on the House Judiciary Committee, where she is a member of the Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security and the Intellectual Property, Competition, and the Internet subcommittees.
