AILA Submits Comments on Proposed Changes to Form I-485

AILA submitted comments to proposed revisions to Form I-485 and its related forms and instructions. AILA urged USCIS to continue to review the content and clarity of its forms as well as reduce their size and scope and provided proposed recommendations to facilitate those changes.
