AILA and the Council Submit Amicus Brief on Provisional Waivers

AILA and the American Immigration Council submitted an amicus brief to the Ninth Circuit, arguing that there is no jurisdictional bar to lawsuits against USCIS for unreasonable delay in adjudicating provisional waiver applications under INA § 212(a)(9)(B)(v).
