BCIS Memo Addresses H-1B Fee Sunset & I-129W

A 9/15/03 memo from William Yates, BCIS Associate Director, indicating that H-1B petitions filed with the $1000 training fee 10/1/03 or later will be returned or, if the fee is in a separate check from the $130 fee, it will be returned. A revised I-129W will be required.
