BIA Chairman Responds to LA Times Editorial

In a 1/9/03 Letter to the Editor of the Los Angeles Times, BIA Chairman Lori Scialabba takes issue with a recent Times article and editorial that criticized the dramatic increase in the Board’s summary dismissals following promulgation of the final BIA streamlining regulations that took effect on /25/02.
