Bipartisan Group Urges DHS to Include H-2B Returning Worker Exemption

On 6/4/19, a bipartisan group of members of Congress sent a letter to Representatives Lowey (D-NY), Roybal-Allard (D-CA), Kay Granger (R-TX), and Fleischmann (R-TN), requesting DHS include a H-2B returning worker exemption or other meaningful cap relief, in the FY2020 Appropriation bill.
