Air Carriers to Update Visa Waiver Agreements for Guam and CNMI

CBP will begin working with air carriers that provide service to Guam and the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) to update their visa waiver agreements as a new visa waiver program for travel to Guam and the CNMI will be established under the Consolidated Natural Resources Act of 2008.
