DHS and Seneca Nation of Indians Agreement to Develop Enhanced Tribal Card

On 9/10/09, CBP announced that DHS and the Seneca Nation of Indians formalized an agreement to develop a WHTI complaint Enhanced Tribal Card. The card will establish identity, tribal membership and citizenship for the purpose of entering the U.S. by land or sea.
