CDC Releases 2008 Technical Instructions for Vaccination for Civil Surgeons

On 6/15/08 the Center for Disease Control released the 2008 Technical Instructions to Civil Surgeons for Vaccination Requirements for adjustment of status applicants. They are effective July 1, 2008. FAQs were released along with the new instructions.

In addition, the CDC’s Division of Global Migration and Quarantine, sent a memo to civil surgeons on May 8, 2008.
