Chinese Buffet Restaurant Owner Sentenced and Fined for Hiring Undocumented Workers

On 2/9/09 ICE announced the former owner of a Chinese buffet restaurant was sentenced to eight months of home confinement and three years probation on charges stemming from a raid on two Chinese Buffet restaurants and two homes in Northern California.
